Backstory: Pheux [pronounced like the word "foe"]is not your ordinary child. For starters, mysterious targets randomly pop up on him at times. He swears that something is projecting them to shoot him but no one ever believes him. Its the main reason why he is scared and jumpy all the time...though the bullying he also gets for his odd appearance makes it worse...poor kid :(
